Micro-Alert also offers a Bureau Service for clients who have the Fuel-Tech System installed on their premises but do not have the staff complement available to run the system effectively.

Some benefits of using the Bureau Service are as follows:

Cost effective service as the normal monthly cost is less than that of permanent staff.
Independent assessment of fleet performance.
Highlighting of possible problems immediately.
Control of stock and stock requirements.

How the system works:

On a regular basis, Dip and Meter readings are to be entered into the system. This will close the current file and open a new file.
The site system will then transfer the transactions to our servers and the Bureau staff will then import the transactions into your Fuel Database and balance your Dips and Meter readings. Any manual transactions or receipts of fuel must be advised to the Bureau operation prior to processing.
Reporting is done on a regular basis as agreed with the client. This may be in the form of excel files or other documents, which are emailed. Hard copies are only done at month-end.
